Our Miracle II business opportunity is simple. You purchase wholesale and sell retail. Our wholesale program is not part nor a participant of any multilevel marketing company. Our Miracle II wholesale program requires an initial investment of $588.54 plus shipping & handling.

MIRACLE II WHOLESALE ACTIVATION:
When you have agreed to the terms below and order the 60 pack via our toll free number 888-263-8094, we'll process your payment, and ship your 60 pack. The 60-Pack consist of 12 Soaps (22oz), 12 Moisture Soaps (22oz), 12 Neutralizers (22 oz), 12 Neutralizer Gels (8oz), and 12 Skin Moisturizers (8oz). Your reseller account is fully activated after we ship your 60-pack order.

MIRACLE II WHOLESALE AGREEMENT & INFORMATION
Reseller (also known as; Merchant, Dealer, Retailer, or Distributor) at all times shall remain as independent contractor(s) and is not and shall not be construed to be a partner, joint venture, employee, agent, representative, or participant of, or with the company Miracle II Online, Inc, or Miracleii.com) for any purpose whatsoever. Reseller affirms that he or she is at least 18 years of age and is authorize to make financial and purchasing decisions on this reseller agreement and account. Reseller agrees responsibility for their expenses, license, income tax, etc.

Reseller agrees to login to Miracleii.com to recieve their wholesale pricing online, and understands wholesale pricing is based on suggested retail prices listed on our printable order form. Reseller Discount (listed as Group Discount:) is applied during the checkout process.

Reseller agrees that any returns or refunds by Reseller's customers, will be gladly and promptly refunded by the Reseller. Reseller will not in any circumstances refer the refund back to Miracleii.com’s Corporate Offices. If Reseller is at a one-time location, its the Reseller's responsibility to provide the consumer Reseller's contact information for any questions, concerns or refunds.

SHIPMENTS: Orders are processed Monday through Friday and normally ship from Parker, Colorado within 24 hours. If an order will take 4 days to prepare for shipping, an email is sent notifying you. The shipping cost depends on the number of packages shipped, weight and your distance from Parker, CO.

Miracleii.com ships orders via UPS Ground. UPS Ground usually delivers within 1-2 business days (within the Colorado State area) and nationwide within 4-5 business days. Weekends, and Holidays delay deliveries. See UPS map of ground delivery times .

DAMAGED GOODS: All Shipments must be inspected and inventoried upon receipt. Miracleii.com must receive an itemized statement of damaged goods prior to replacement. You will have to repack the damaged product(s) for UPS inspection. Resellers can not return products for any reason. To return products you must call or email us to get a return authorization number. Shipping is not refundable.

DONATED PRODUCTS:
Resellers are responsible for all donations and shipping charges to their customers.

PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED:
You must contact Miracleii.com and we will research the order and determine the action to be taken.

PAYMENT:
Miracleii.com will not accept any credit cards other than our customer's, dealer's, reseller's credit cards. Resellers are financially responsible for all orders (eg. drop ship, donations, etc..) placed by them for fulfillment by Miracleii.com. We do not accept third party credit cards. All orders must be paid prior to shipment.

DROP SHIPPING:
We provide our resellers drop ship capability within the continental United States via UPS. When drop shipping to your customers, you are responsible for total customer support, which means processing their order, payments, and handling shipping problems. When you place your customer's drop ship orders, using our web site, your credit card is billed at your wholesale discount level, and we will send your customer's order to their shipping address with out an invoice. Our next email provides detail instructions for drop shipping, if you don't receive it let us know.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Currently, no minimum monthly purchases required

SALES TAX:
You are responsible for any sales tax collection required by your city, county, state and federal.

BUSINESS LICENSES & REGISTRATION:
You are responsible for any business licenses and registration require by your city, county, state and federal.

RETURN CHECKS:
Any return checks are charged $35.00 plus collection fees.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and checks. Checks required 10 business days to clear prior to shipping.
