Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 15 days from the date you received your order, along with a copy of your sales receipt. It's part of our no-risk customer guarantee. You must call or email Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to its return. Shipping charges are not refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping fees necessary to return your product(s) to us. Returns with RMA# will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your returned product(s) and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
