Delivery days (Monday - Friday) does not include the day of shipping your package.

International Orders
We accept some international orders, except Canada (Canadian Customs will not allow Miracle II products into Canada).

International Orders are subject to exchange rate adjustments, bank draft collection fees, other unknown fees and overseas shipping charges from Parker, Colorado to destination. Customers are responsible for; their country customs issues, assess brokage fees, duties and taxes. Funds must be recieved prior to shipping. Orders may take up to 72 hours before they ship.

General UPS Shipping information:
* UPS tracking number will be provided by email for your convenience.
* We are not able to deliver to a P.O. Box address via UPS.
* Shipping charges are normally based on your package weight, destination, and distance from Colorado.
* UPS may add a fuel surcharge in addition to their shipping charges to compensate increases in fuel costs, or to rural areas.
* Handling charges are included in our shipping charges quote, and is set to a nonmial charge per package, which is based on an annual average packaging supply costs.
* Please keep your Order number so our Customer Service can better assist you.
* We can deliver to international destinations. (certain restrictions apply).
* When checking out, all shipping charges are displayed on the "Shipping" page prior to payment.
* No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date you received your order.

Free Shipping Offer Details
Our FREE shipping offer applies to Miracleii.com's retail customers, with product totals of $48.00 and over, and delivery within the contiguous* United States via UPS Ground service. Shipping & Handling, Sales Tax, or other Fees do not count towards free shipping. Product returns - orders that had free shipping or shipping included are readjusted with the appropriate shipping charges. Free shipping does not apply to Low Price Guarantee orders. (*The term "contiguous United States" excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico)

Ships Same Day Details Orders submitted by 3:00 p.m. Colorado Time, Mon-Fri, ship the same day. Excluding Federal Holidays. Orders submitted after 3:00 p.m. Colorado Time, Mon-Fri, ship next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Contiguous United States orders ship via UPS Ground. Other shipping options for Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders are provided.

Delivery of Orders:
Our shipping labels are generated from the shipping information you provide when submitting your order. If your order is re-routed or returned to us due to your incorrect or incomplete shipping information, you may be charged the additional UPS re-routing fee ($5.00) or the cost of re-shipping your package(s). Miracle II Online, Inc. will not be responsible for orders that are not processed or received due to technical difficulties that occurred when you submitted your order.

Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry; occasionally a product may be out of stock. If any product is not in stock to complete your order, your order may be held if the item is due within 3 days. Your order will be immediately processed and shipped once all items are in stock and available to complete your order. You may be notified by e-mail if your order is being held due to an item being out of stock. .

Canceling Orders
Before shipping your order, you may cancel it by contacting us by phone (888-263-8094). Please provide your name and Order Number when canceling an order. If your order has shipped, refuse delivery of the package(s). Once your refused package(s) have been received at our distribution center, a credit will be issued to your account within 5 business days.

Changing an Order Once it has been Submitted
To change your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service agents at (888) 263-8094 or (303) 593-0807, and they'll be happy to assist you. To prevent receiving duplicate shipments, PLEASE DO NOT RESUBMIT YOUR ORDER using the online shopping cart.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion within 30 days from the date you received your order, along with your sales receipt for a refund of the returned product. Shipping charges are not refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping fees necessary to return your product(s) to us. Returns with an RMA# will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your returned product(s) and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Miracleii.com reserves the right to change its shipping costs and shipping policy at any time.

For returns, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please call 888-263-8094 to receive a RMA# (Return Authorization Number). Returns will not qualify for credit without a RMA#.
