1. How do I order some Miracle II Products?

2. If I place a Miracle II order, how long before the shipment arrives?

Generally, You should receive your UPS shipment within 2-5 business days. Click > UPS Delivery Time Map

Your Miracle 2 order ships same day when received before 3:00pm Mountain Standard Time. The day we ship does not count as a delivery day. If we have your email address you are provided a UPS tracking number to track your shipment.

Our goal is to get your shipment out the same business day you place your order. Weekend orders ship on Monday. Shipments to Overseas, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico vary on delivery time and take about 72 hours to prepare and ship. Shipments are affected by USA Holidays.

3. Do you ship Miracle II soap products overseas?

No, as of 2010 we do not ship internationally, due to changes in European customs policy. We do ship within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, , Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, but NOT CANADA (Canadian Customs will not allow Miracle II products into Canada). We ship Products to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico via US Priority Mail.

4. Are Miracleii.com's credit card transactions Secure?

Yes, Our secure online store meets or exceeds credit card online security standards, and is tested quarterly. Your credit card information is process securely by our credit card processing center. 7. How much Soap do I use while showering?

Dilution when showering is a personal preference. Some pour it full strength in their hands, others use trial and error dilutions until it is right for them.

The following is our recommendation for showering with our soaps;

When using the Miracle II Soap and Moisturizing Soap straight on a washrag, or on your hands, pour a shape the size of a dime, nickel, quarter and not more than the size of a half dollar.

Start with the size of a dime and work up from there. Hair may take more than a quarter but less than a half dollar shape in your hands. After drying, spray neutralizer or apply neutralizer gel on your skin.

8. What are the ingredients of Miracle II Moisturizing Soap?

The back label of the Miracle II Moisturizing Soap bottle states:

9. Is Miracleii.com a Multi-level Marketing Company?

No, we are not, nor are we associated with any Multi-level Marketing Companys. There are other independent Miracle II distributors who may be selling the product through a Multi-level type organization, but we do not.

12. Why is "Telling the Good News Brochure" not available?

We can no longer provide or sell the Miracle II "Telling the Good News Brochure" due to FDA Regulations. Why?

The FDA considers the Miracle II testimonials found in the "Telling the Good News Brochure" as advertisements of intent to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, which classifies the Neutralizer Liquid & Gel products as a drug and thus subject to FDA oversight. Therefore, Clayton has pulled the brochure to hopefully stop FDA oversight, since the Miracle II Neutralizer Liquid & Gel should not be classified as a drug.

13. What is the foaming agent in the Miracle II soap?

The foaming agent used is Laurel and it's organically derived from the coconut husk. It's stabalized with a fatty acid taken from the coconut husk called Ash of Dedecyl. 100% natural and is not processed. It is not related to SLS, or the synthetic processed form of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) or Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES).

14. My Miracle II Order arrived frozen can I use them?

Yes you can use them once thawed. Allow them to thaw naturally at room temperature. Freezing may cause the bottles to crack. Place the cracked bottles inside appropriate container to capture any leakage during thawing.

15. Do you send Order Confirmation & UPS Tracking Number?

When your Miracle II order is submitted we send an order confirmation email to your email address. If you don't see it check your spam folder. Once your order ships we send the UPS tracking info to your email address.

16. What about Health Canada & FDA Notices?

Since they are government agencies charged with looking after the public health & welfare of their respective country, we suggest you contact them directly and request their product lab test results that show the levels and types of contamination, and ask whether it was a sealed or previously used bottle.

If any product, food, water or substance is not sterile (free from living germs or microorganisms or a contaminate) then it must be contaminated. When an allege contamination is reported, as a consumer you need details (lab report) of the contaminate and unsafe/safe levels to determine whether it's harmful to your health & welfare. Our Miracle II products are safe to use for their intended purpose of cleaning, bathing, and hygiene.

17. Should we use the Neutralizer to clean the eyes?

The FDA requires all eye treatment products to be sterile and they do NOT recommended using our products as an eye wash or a treatment for cataracts or pink eye. The FDA has not approved the Miracle II soap products for any uses relating to any medical conditions, since their effectiveness has not been proven.

18. Are Miracle II Products Safe to use?

NOTE: As with any product, all ways check for allergic, skin, or other sensitive reactions prior to full use. Just because a product is natural or organic, does mean everyone can use it. Example: Peanuts are consider natural & organic and provide nutrients, but some consumers have peanut allergies and can not eat or touch them.

19. Why are Miracle II product labels different?

Tedco, in 2011, change their company name to Miracle II and updated their Miracle II product labels to reflect the change. Our website product photos show the new Miracle II product labels.
