Miracle II Neutralizer Gel

I am an alcoholic diabetic. What could go wrong? Anyway I have had ulcerated skin infection on my leg for 3 months. My doctor is trying to treat it with antibiotics which is not working. I happen to have a bottle of Miracle II Neutralizer Gel laying around and put some on. Bang! Heat turned off redness subsided ulcers scabbed over. It is one day and getting much much better. I started reading up on PH and bacterial infections. Hell my body is a friggin petri dish. I am buying more of this and starting alkaline water and Vit A C and D. Why don't Allopathic doctors know this???
